Dove Cameron has already proven that she can be a better boyfriend than everyone else, but can she also be a better duchess? We’re still not over Bridgerton season 2 or Regencycore fashion, and Dove’s recent corset photo shoot proves that she’s deff on the same page as we are.
While we burn for season 3 of the hit Netflix show, the queen of edgy and daring looks has hung up her black cut-out bras and leather jackets for a more demure baby blue corset in her latest Instagram…and we’re obsessed.
In the pics, she’s wearing a drop-dead *gorgeous* structured Hija de la Luna corset from the Latinx-owned fashion brand STIINA. Handcrafted by designer Christina Montoya with burnout silk and freshwater pearl flower embellishments, this look assembled by celeb stylist Erin Walsh is an iconic moment that will surely go down as one of Dove’s best looks.
Following the teensy ties that rest on Cameron’s chest up towards the thicker straps, we are swept away by the singer’s delicate tendrils that fall from her bouncy ponytail, framing her face perfectly. Makeup artist Kale Teter complemented the hairstyle created by DJ Quintero, by leaning into the graceful ingenue look with plenty of blush and long, fluttery lashes to boot. In typical Dove style, there was still a bit of rocker chic injected into the look, with her right ear rocking a dangly silver chain earring and cartilage cuff.
Captioning the post “tired and happy !!!!!! 🗽👼🏻”, Dove alluded to her being in New York City for the filming of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she performed her viral TikTok queer anthem “Boyfriend” to a live studio audience.
And while we would have loved to see this outfit in action on stage, unfortunately, these photos are the only glimpse we got. But good news! — you can recreate the look yourself.
Pair pink roses, add a pinch of blush to your cheeks, and lace up one of the corsets below to live out your best Bridgerton fantasy — Duke of Hastings Simon Basset not included.
Here are our dupes to recreate Dove’s baby blue corset moment.
